So I went back to something simple. Simmering citrus, herbs, and spices on the stove. No chemicals. No shortcuts. Just real ingredients.
And it changed everything.
Not just how the house smelled— but how it felt. Warmer. Cleaner. More intentional.
That’s when Simmer Society started to take shape. Not as a product— but as a better standard.
